I use rambling words like that in real life. It's funny because they are 100% way to win an argument.

This person is saying they use words like HUR and DERP to try to win arguments.

They are a 100% way to make you seem like a pathetic child and cause the person trying to engage in an intelligent discussion with you to give up out of not wanting to waste their own time further.

If that's considered winning an argument, then sure.
