lul. No not really. Bisjac just proved my whole point of my first post. So there.
Bisjac has a point. It is healthy to debate and to release steam, yes. The manner of which you do it and what habits you make of it, however, is what can be unhealthy. It gets unhealthy when you begin to submit to aggressive behaviors and, at the lowest point, to hatred.

And really, if anything, you proved your point as well when you said:
You don't even get pusillanimous individual, so how would you know what one is.
You were just talking about forgiveness, and then you insulted him. You can preach whatever you want. What is important is that you follow it.

Simply, people argue. But make the argument an "airing", in a sense, of that which troubles you. Make the debates friendly ones. Look from the other persons point of view at some point. Don't make them into fights of revenge and hatred.

That's the most stupid thing I've ever heard. Humans are the most dominant life that we can prove exists. If anything deserved to live it would be us. Also, it doesn't matter anyway because life doesn't have morals.
Are humans really dominant? And, assuming we are, does that guarantee our right to live above other animals? Without animals, remember, we would not have survived all this time. They have done, do, and will do so much in both small and great quantities and qualities. We can hide behind our advances all we want, but when it comes down to it, what is really more important? The top of the pyramid or the bottom?

Of course we are dominant, because we dominate everything. And dominating does give us the right to rule, hence "dominion". In the beginning perhaps they were needed to be abundant for our survival, but we don't need very many of them any more, and eventually we won't need them at all.

Alright, get rid of all life on Earth besides humans. See how far we get. :/

Then what? We run out of our own species, anarchy takes over, Earth becomes barren. And you said

Plants are life as well. So are bacteria, I believe. And fungus. :o

Yes, but I didn't say we didn't need them. On my rant about not needing things I was replying to your pro-animal speech.

Allow me to put this in a different manner: Even if we don't need animals anymore, where would we be without them? You've answered yourself we would not have survived. Maybe it's just because I've been the blunt of mentality like this before, but I don't feel it right that we take advantage of those; that we place ourselves above that which made us what we are. Animals give us much and have given us much, both those that are wild and domestic. They help contribute to order, to survival, and to beauty.

As I said, even if we are at "the top", even if we are the "dominant life", what would happen to us without that "bottom"? Just like our own society.

Also, excuse me if I seemed to get a bit steamed up before, just multiple pieces of this conversation brought me back to not so pleasant memories. I'm over it now, though. :P

In order to prevent more steaminess, I'd suggest we get back on-topic.

Alrighty... :o

Humans are the most freaking dumb stuffs on the earth. Suuure we have Rocket Science , but I don't see ants messing up the atmosphere , thus killing us all?

No the ants are digging deep into the earth so that way they can dig a tunnel to the core and flood the earth with lava! Every Ant hill must be kicked to ensure safety.

you know, i think a lot of people are missing something here

i didn't actually make this thread lol

Of course, you just conveniently remember after twenty pages of stupidity that you didn't make this thread. We totally believe that!
