Download it. Put it in your blockland add-ons folder. Then open blockland and enable it while making a server. Then close blockland, open it again and you will have RTB.

All it does is add an in-game add-on browser system, extra menu options, an IRC client, and it's pretty much supported by Badspot, the add-on hater, himself.

RTB works really, really well, though. Couldn't live without it. A lot of game developers could learn something or other from Blockland's way of handling add-ons.
