I give admin to people if I can trust them, their loyal, and if they can handle being a moderator at my server first.

I never had to take away admin. My admins,i can trust.

I give admin out to anyone who, well, there's quite a few criteria people have to meet to get my admin:
*Being friendly
*Decent builder
*Will not abuse admin
*Good sense of humour
*Has an original name (E.g. Not zombie_smoker or hunterkiller1)
