I love the superpowers gamemode but I wish I could use it for other maps other than that one. Is there a way to putt more gamemodes into other maps?

Not really, the latest builds have plenty of optimization, especially compared to the initial release version. This is a demanding game, don't blame stuff on the game if your PC can't run it.
