Getting rid of the "&" sign

In the main menu of Blockland it says Blockland & RTB.
I modified the sign for Blockland I want to make it better by getting rid of the "&' sign.
Can someone tell me how to get rid of it?

Navigate to Blockland\Add-ons\System_ReturnToBlockland.zip

Try replacing image_ampersand.png in the images folder with a blank image of the same size.

Open System_ReturnToBlockland.zip and find image_ampersand.png in the images folder, then make it completely transparent
