EVE: A blue bar in the upper left corner of the screen, below where the health bar would be if you have the add-on. A full bar has 100 EVE. EVE is the fluid that powers plasmids, genetic superpowers.
EVE Hypo: A hypodermic needle filled with blue fluid. It's a 1 time use item that replenishes the EVE bar completely
Electro Bolt: When equipped, the user's hand glows blue slightly and emits a small lightning particle every few seconds. When firing, a blue lightning bolt erupts from the user's hands (the lightning bolt would be a instant-hit particle, because it's lightning, derp), stunning whoever gets hit for 3 seconds. After firing, Electro Bolt has a 5 second cooldown period. This attack drains 35 EVE.
Winter Blast: When equipped, the user's hand is coated with ice, and a small amount of fog surrounds the hand. When firing, the target is instantly frozen for 5 seconds. When frozen, you would have 150 "frozen HP". When this "frozen HP" is attacked away, you would be shattered to bits. Winter Blast has a 6 second cooldown and drains 20 EVE.
Incinerate!: When equipped, the user's hand is cloaked in flames and emits a slight orange light. Firing Incinerate! will instantly burst whoever's been hit in flames, draining 12 damage per second for 4 seconds. If you are the one that is on fire due to an enemy Incinerate! attack, hopping in water will put out the flames. Has a 6 second cooldown period and drains 25 EVE.
Insect Swarm: When equipped, the user's hand buzzes with hornets. Firing this plasmid releases a vicious cloud of hornets (probably represented by an invisible, homing projectile surrounded by hornet emitters) that seek out enemies to sting. Stinging does no damage up-front, but every 2 seconds, the enemy who is under the affect of the hornets flinches, flailing it's arms and temporarily disables his weapon. If the enemy hops in water, is set aflame, or is afflicted by the hornets for it's full duration (10 seconds) the hornets dissipate. Has a 3 second cooldown and drains 18 EVE.
Good idea, no? These may seem similar to Amade's elemental spell pack, but it has different affects and such.
