So this is an easy guide every one of you should follow to get the golden wrench. It doesn't require any crafting so you can keep all of your items.

How to do it: First you need to find a skilled friend who has the Buff Banner. Get him to join your team kill a few enemies, until his rage meter is full. Then you both need to go in an area with little light (inside a building or in a shadow). Then your friend will have to sound the Annoying Orangeet. Enjoy your golden wrench!
Except it doesn't turn ppl into gold.

also, after brown townyzing the people that got the golden wrench, im not sure if you have to play for more than 100 hours, or its just a matter of luck
but everyone there has 100+ hours of playing tf2

I haven't tried yet, even thought it's really just for looks, it would be nice to have an unique rare item for once.
I have hardly any "unique" items, only weapons and event hats, that loads of people got D:

No, it does do something, you kil people with it and it turns them into gold.
I don't know if it's stronger or weaker than the normal wrench though.
