The Wrangler seems terrible. Especially if people use it in conjuction with the new shotgun (which everyone should use, by the way - it's pretty much a direct upgrade so far, like the Equalizer or Axtinguisher). It'd be almost like using the FaN with Bonk, since you only have a maximum of three bullets ready at any given time to shoot from a distance.
