How do I craft the Gunslinger? Or what milestones do I need?

Alternatively, try your luck with SCRAP - MELEE TOKEN - ENGINEER TOKEN, but that requires (2 of any weapon) (3 melee weapons) (3 of any classes weapons)+(1 engineer weapon)

It's pretty hard since all the maps I keep going to have no respawn.
