Valve is a hardass about it and states your account is your own responsibility and if it got hijacked, chances are it was your fault.

VAC bans are never reversed.  Never ever.  Also, you weren't hacked, simply log in, kick him off, and change your password.  I'm doubt anyone's even using your account.  It's probably an error on your part.  Try different caps combinations.

When you set a secret question, you should know to remember it or write it down somewhere.

Guys. If you want an uncrackable password, write it in Upside-down characters and place the text into a file that you can easy Copy paste from.
