Stretching and tilting bricks would be awesome!
Why did they remove such a feature?
People looked like lego characters back then.
Just to clarify, it was not "removed". When Blockland went retail, Badspot redesigned the brick system. In v0002 they were shapes, much like players or vehicles, which meant that there couldn't be very many without being laggy. It was horribly inefficient. In retail Blockland, they are locked to a grid, and have a new format, which is more resource efficient and allows for far more bricks onscreen at any given time. Now, we can have over 100 times more bricks in a server than we could back then.
Not to mention the editor wand made it less about legos and more about modeling, and there were A LOT of glitches, like making a brick with negative lengths. Technically, I'm sure we could replicate the v0002 brick system in Blockland, but it would be pointless and stupid.
