there should be a save rights mod with RTB preferences that chooses who gets to save.(All,Admin,Super admin,Host...) It should be set to all by default. This would be useful,because if its set to admin only, non admin build stealers cant steal your space prison build.

They don't need the save to steal it. All they need to do is be on the server and take a few screenshots to copy off of later.
