TF2 Soldier's Rocket Launcher

We have all other classes main weapon except the soldier, when I hosted my server I got a bunch of whining from people who weren't very good at the game in the first place, about how the Soldier is OP even though I never had a problem killing them.

Anyways, it's missing for some reason so I would like to ask for someone to make one.
I understand Racer has one but isn't releasing so, would anyone like to try?

Good suggestion. The default RL's rocket moves too fast to be balanced.
