You can't create a spore profile and use it with the game if you already have one attached to it OR the CD is pirated

A Spore account is not the same as an EA account.
They are different. Say that with me. Diff-er-ent.
In other words, a Spore account does exist, and you need it.

Well, it was xspore.com but it was "Rick"'s mod, from Spore.VG.

Pirating means that you downloaded a game without paying for it from the internet.

Do you have the official game case and such? Or just a disk with SPORE written on it with a black sharpie?
