Doctors don't even make a great lifetime income since you have to spend 12+ years in school not making money to be one.

I go to university for electrical engineering.

Indeed. Though, doctors can potential pay that all off in a matter of years.

Funny how some of the lowest paying life careers guarantee a roof over your head and food on the table. :o

Well, I would kind of like being a doctor. But you guys are right. I'm going to college as an artist, and I'm going to do what I love. even if it sounds cheesy.
I'm not so great at drawing, so could someone give me a download of a .pdf or something, that's a sketching book? Even though I'm not good right now, I do love to draw.

If you keep drawing animals you might make some great nature scenes.

:c

At least I'm not being flamboyant anymore.

13 is not the age to think about college. 16, maybe. 13 is way too young, you don't have a fully developed sense of morality, and your opinions, likes and dislikes will change in the following 3-4 years. I'm 17, off to college soon (just graduated High School), and I've only been thinking about what I'm doing for a little while now, and only just yesterday did I make a semi-final decision; I'm probably going to become a history teacher.

You aren't me. Time goes by quickly for me, and I can change my mind later if I need to.

I think teachers get a bad rep because they suck stuff at their job. The best teacher i've ever had was my World History teacher, who was also my Philosophy teacher. My goal is to actually entertain kids, not make them read some stupid loving textbook, people don't learn effectively when the subject matter is considered dull and worthless.

I think I'm going to do 2 years of community college and go into either police or firefighting services.

I thought the title was "College plants"

I thought the title was "College plants"
I grow alot of those

money is overrated.

do something you love, don't just be a brain surgeon to get money, that's basically like being a prostitute.
if you love drawing, make a career out of it.
