They updated the site, and I'm in the beta! I just hope I have a computer that can run the game. I meet all the requirments but the 2.4 ghz processor. Ah well, I have enough money to buy a new desktop anyways.

I'll be at work for several hours now, hope to see more people here got into the beta.

I think this topic got knocked off the first page before the main group of people could see it. Did anyone else get into the beta? It apparently isn't only based on when you applied. Aloshi applied 10 minutes before me and he didn't get in, but I still did.

Wow wtf, I can't tell if I was picked, it says I will receive a notice when I log in, but nothing happens.

Edit: Scratch that, I can't even log in! When I try to it just reloads the page with nothing changed.

Try using a different browser. When I first used chrome, it wasn't working right, so I tried it with internet explorer and got it to work (although chrome worked after that for some reason).

Tried with Chrome+Explorer+Firefox, all nothing. I am giving up on even trying to find out, I spent 20 minutes now trying to just log in.

I'm very sorry for everyone who did not yet get accepted to the beta. I realize it's cause for upset, but I did want to take the opportunity to set the record straight:

1. Applications were accepted based on the criteria of the beta. Please keep in mind that there are many criteria to being in a beta, and not just pure computer specifications.

2. Random? Multiple accounts increases chances of getting in? This one is completely false. As I stated in a previous post, we are looking for people who can contribute. Fake accounts are easy to detect. "Oh it was created in the last week?" Not so much.

Again, we really do want players who will actively participate in the beta, and that means we have to do our best to be selective. The truth is, we had a lot of applications. Vindictus really has a lot of buzz and excitement around it. And I repeat, we'll have even more chances for fans to participate in the beta. We'll be giving out lots of beta keys in the coming weeks.
