Nice model. I like it. All you basically do is take the model of the Lego person, take off it's head, and replace it with the Normal Blockhead.

Wrong some pieces where modified.
Ever since I posted, I've been trying to work the model into an Add-On. So far, it works only in absolute basics. It's just the Retail model, but with full legs and arms, and much less other nodes.

Ask Bauklotz if you want the unfinished, unperfected version.

Edit: If you're wondering why the Beta Retail model has a yellow head, reference the screenshots in the cited topic. For some reason, only the front flat area of the head changes color. The rest stays yellow. I might be able to fix it, but I'm sure it'd break the model in the process, so meh.
Cant you just make it so the color of the head is the color that the person is using,I dont want to be a yellow head >.<

I was thinking of some system where you have 2 players inside one another and only the head shows on the normal Retail player... But that kind of thing, I wouldn't feel safe with.

Well, it's a color thing with the model itself. When I loaded it into Shaper, it was getting errors on loading "yellow." I suppose that means it's trying to default to Yellow. As I said, Shaper is imperfect and would probably screw up the model while editing and saving it. So meh, can't fix that. Might be able to find some other workaround.

Sadly, everyone I try to discuss this with who has and knowledge or scripting or anything to help me instantly calls the model ugly. I've had twice where they went "It's ugly, that's why Badspot got rid of it." So... anything not working will stay unless I feel like working more on it. :/

so wait do you have a link for it im lost?

:O Player shadows on bricks? I want.

Maybe there could be an option in options (If you had the add-on) of do you want to use the default player or the beta-retail player?

oh the adventures rotondo and bodspot have :D

Bump, and mega, maybe you could give a copy of the model to one of us, just in case the one you have breaks? Or so we could try to make it a playertype too?

I made it a playertype. I set up scripts so you should be able to use it with your current player settings despite the model having much less parts. But there's a bunch of problems I'd rather not give this out with, including the fact this is Beta Retail player.
