Compatibility is an issue.
I recently thought of just moving RTB's zip out of the add-ons folder for when you want to use Cloud.
You're free to switch in-between RTB and BC at the cost of restarting Blockland.

Another solution is either RTB to have code that decides what to do.

That's not very convenient for BC. Why not just make it so it can easily work with RTB?

Explain a better solution for compatibility. Restarting is important for a few reasons, such as the main menu drawing.

This seems to look great so far. I encourage you to go on. My opinion is it looks good, but the only problem I see is how many people will use it. When you release this, (or just in case you dont) Some people will switch, but most will stick to RTB. Maybe the chat could also connect to the IRC #rtb channel as well?

Well, depending on Ephialtes' speed on his own chat, it depends.

By compatibility I mean that when using BC's IRC you should be able to talk to and have the same functions as the people in RTB's IRC. You could also be able to connect to RTB's addon database/server/whatever to download add-ons that aren't on Cloud.
