There's nothing in the trailer that indicates "modern" time will be apart of the game, I'm pretty sure it'll just be around the time period of vietnam.

It's still set in a time period even if it's fiction, and of course it didn't actually happen. It's loving fiction, like 99% of all media. So do you only play games that accurately represent actual events? Oh wait, even games based on real wars are fictitious, so nevermind that. You must not play videogames at all. All the new cods play like CoD2. If you get hurt you just duck down and wait to heal. Your hud will disapear if you aren't firing(like cod2). A basically you waves of infrantry charging and shooting at you and the only way to to stop it is to blindly into the hail of bullets and push forward.
