Ice Arrow

You know the Zelda games? The Ice Arrows that you shoot from your bow that, upon impact will freeze anything? Well, someone needs to make them with the effect that it would paralyze the target with some particles that look cold and icy. What do you think of that?

There is but i think he means with ice cube effect, unless i'm wrong, you turn blue shiny when this happens with the regular ice bow
