You are an idiot. They shoot BBs, use a spring, and don't have recoil. Real guns shoot bullets fired by an explosion in the barrel, and have recoil. And about the weapon part, "Oh this pencil can hurt someone! It should be classified as a weapon and be illegal!

Decent amount of 20 gauge slugs, and 12 gauge slugs


At The Cliffs, the business my dad owns. The guy who rents out the shop in the office building has an assortment of illegal weapons around. I know of one, and my brother knows of 2 or 3. I have a machete there, and tools that could be used to kill dem national socialist Zombies. And a Bobcat Mini Excavator, that would be fun :D
