A Newbie come to your server and decide's to spam and your policy is the first break of the rules is: Kick

Alright so he comes back screaming "OGM YOU NEWBS WUT WSA TAHT FRO???QR!@$one!!"
...

I think we should have an option to add a reason to our kicks rather than not let someone know why we kicked them..

Here's how I run my server.

I do not list rules because I do not like to run a type of server where I need to regulate all the flaws in the system.

Instead, I just perma ban people who are in my server to intentionally cause trouble.

There are kick reasons, they just don't show up for the person getting kicked.

Either that or I haven't played in a very long time, which I haven't.
