Author Topic: What is the saddest movie scene you know?  (Read 3664 times)

whenever samuel dies in legends of the fall

When in Pokemon The First Movie, Ash turns to stone and all the Pokemon start crying. I cryed my balls out, man.

Movie scene?
Sadly, the only one I can think of is the climax of Gran Torino.

But the saddest scenes in any history of movies/TV shows has to go to either The Fresh Prince of Bel Air or Futurama.

This last scene from The Fresh Prince or the last scene from the episode "Jurassic Bark" from Futurama.

The scene in Up when it was telling about the old man's love life with his wife.

I read a book on this same exact story, and I have to say it's sadder than the book  :panda:.

The scene when mama Gump died in Forrest Gump.

And I Am Sam. That movie just made me cry for hours and hours, even after it was over. I could hardly move. On top of that, earlier that day my bird had died so that didn't help at all. :c

Up D:

Or on a more serious note Pokemon. Wait that isn't more serious.

Today, I was watching Silent Running (1972), and I'm still sad because drone 3 died and drone 2 became a cripple.

The boy in striped pyjamas. :(

The scene in Up when it was telling about the old man's love life with his wife.

Or the part where the guy must strangle his own dog because it was infected in "I am Legend" :c

The boy in striped pyjamas. :( "HAPPY ENDING EVERYONE DIES :)"

I totally agree with all of these.
And there are a lot more.

then end of the exorcist was the happiest one ever

and the end of dora saves the crystal kingdom was sad (trolol)

the part where the dog dies in "I am Legend" :c
And The Blind Side

When Marley dies in "Marley & Me." One of the first times I reacted to a movie tragedy.

A.I. Artificial Intelligence's ending.
