hand animated weapons

may someone give me an addon that shows the avatars hands reloading a weapon or something like that?

I AM DIEING FOR ONE   PLEASE

I'd be happy if someone gives a downlod with hand action so please give some addons.

It's not a mod that makes the hands do that, the weapons have to have to the reloading animations and what not.
