Ring of Wealth update will crash lots of things like whips. There will be an extremely high amount of them, but not enough people wanting to buy them, because there isn't a point if you already have one, so the price will probably drop to near dragon scims price.

Whips cannot drop to d scim price, since they are far better. If they did, Jagex would most likely intervene somehow. Anyway, people are always going to be willing to pay more for a whip.
