Upcoming map. 8%

i have decided to make a map (yes, a map),
it is intending to look like the resort in wii sports resort

and here is what the island looks like

here is a sky picture of the island from the game

so far to finish make this, i need to know how too:
 make water and be able to rotate objects.
that's it really.
The project soo far is 8% complete

as you can see, i steel need to make the volcano
when the torque constructor site is up ill make the caves and volcano

anyway, the terrain is looking slightly like this, although it need smoothing out,
when don that wil be a 5% mark
