I am Monarch in my server. Depending on the offense you are given a warning, a kick, then a 30 minute ban, 2nd offense 24 hour ban, 3rd offense a week, and 4th offense is permanment ban(/w possible blacklist). If the crime is sevre then I ban the violator permantly. If that person has proven that they have improved then  I will revoke that ban. It is a just and equal system.

I chose Dictatorship. While my admins have some power, I can and do frequently deadmin/readmin them if they happen to be doing something wrong.  That way, I hold 99% of the power in my server while not being a whore.
