First, the idea of "combos" sounds good because you have to click at the right moment to basically kill your enemy faster, but when you think about it a second time you just need to click as fast as you can...

You should have an animation for like stabbing when he attacks from infront,
and then like a neck-slicing animation from attacking from behind.
That would be epic!!!
