Disc 2 for now. Oh, I'm getting a oblivion.esm file error. Is that a file I need?

and as for mods, it fixes things and makes the game how it is supposed to be.

EDIT: It says nothing about disc 2 that my friend told me about... And everything seems to be working fine without oblivion.esm (didn't launch game yet lolwut)
