go to Paint.net or something and paste it.

EDIT: I like to have little amounts of icons on. Also, I change my desktop periodically.

Go to Paint.net and press the ctrl key, the alt key and the V key to paste the image

If it makes you feel better, I renamed all the folders and documents for the lols. If I had nudes, I wouldn't store them on a laptop.
