It's a sort of 2D vector animation software that's somewhat like Flash, but features things like automatic lip-syncing, as well as other things like bones, which makes it easier to animate characters and whatnot.

If you look in the lower right corner it says that my windows isnt legit. My computer company didnt send me the code to activate my windows so now i can't have a backround D:
