Changed some more colors, added a custom launcher using Tango icons.

I think I'm done customizing for now...
Also, background is an MPEG (animated) using Windows Dreamscene.

Again, changed it after people complained that it was "low quality" even though I explained it was an MPEG. This time, using my own wallpaper, as well as moving around some Rainmeter widgets.
