Generally laptop cards can't be replaced. There are rare exceptions, but you'd be better of buying  new laptop or desktop.

I really doubt that Minecraft uses more than 2gb of ram.

Minecraft doesn't use more then 2gb of RAM. Since you probably need a new graphics card, if you have a laptop you might as well just buy a new one.

Or get a macbook which run most games very well. Especially the new 2010 Macbook Pro.

Macbooks can't run EXE files, even in bootcamp they cant use 64 bit

They don't need to use 64 bit. Makes very little difference to me.

Macbooks CAN run EXE files through bootcamp. Bootcamp is difficult to setup but easy to use, So I see no problem.
