Christ that looks awful. The stock is shooting out his back, the barrel is way too long, you forgot the foregrip and carrying handle/mounted scope, the bolt is absent, the grip looks strange, and if it's directly from MW2 it should have a tripod.

I highly recommend you make those fixes, primarily making the gun smaller overall.
