What is it?A true sandbox experience. For example, the first tutorial on the game's official wiki describes how to gather materials to make a clay bowl and then cook a casserole in it. Yes. Everything in this free-to-play game-terrain, cities, farms, tools-is created and customized by players.

What's the endgame?collaborate or go solo. Found a city and raise an army. Become a nomad hunter, or just make fish stew and juice for a living.

How good is it?it's prettier than expected, and a terrific creative outlet-as long as you're self-motivated.

Any problems?if you're the kind of gamer that needs constant instruction or constant stream of side-quests to keep you moving, this game is not your friend- it's your vicious new arch-nemesis.

notch worked on this :D

Not worth paying for, but fun for a little while.

You have to pay to excel past level 20 and stuff like that.

H&H

I bought premium, and my name is on the front page for helping with the freedom academy.

Premium is really worth it, you get so much more to the game, and once you get to level 30 carpentry, it only takes an hour to build a 4x4 house.

If you have a mallet or hammer with a WoA enchant, it really only takes 15 minutes to make a 4x4

I suggest finding a good village in golden valley (The free server) to learn the basics, and then once you get into the game, you should buy premium.

Freedom is for people who like to relax, and Wild is where villages are constantly at war, and you cant walk on the roads without getting robbed.

Right.
This is a game.
Where it takes an hour to build a house at a HIGH level.
I'll let you go hammer together that house while I go do a thousand other things in that hour. Like make 16 sandwhiches and finish off a bag of doritos.

I have a village me and mrcookie started.

Reminds me of haven & hearth

30 isnt a high level bro.

It doesnt take that long to level up carpentry either, i got 20 carp by building a 1x1 house (half hour), 2 small carts (another half hour), a large cart (15 minutes), and a 2x2 house with my friend, which only took around 20 minutes.

And to get to 30 wen i got to freedom, i just helped by making the dorms, and by that time, i got my QL75, 63 WoA mallet, so i got to 30 in under 15 minutes, because with my mallet, it only took 15 seconds to add a plank to the wall.

You just never had the chance to get the feel for the game, get into a good village and you'll start to like the game.
