The both games look the same, sort of...
Just that Team 17's cost money I think, works in Single Player and 2-Player only, and if I ain't wrong, it's only for XBOX Live.
Perhaps VALVe wanted to make something similar, but better?

EDIT: Works for Playerstation Network and PC too perhaps...

If It's the game I'm thinking of Team 17 is a remake of a old game that the original mod was based off.

I press Go/run but the window closes and nothing happens.
