Best low priced graphics card?

I'm looking for a graphics card in the $100 range that'll give me good performance in ArmA 2, Crysis, etc. Anyone have any ideas?

I'd suggest ATI for that range (But I know nothing about ATI cards).  Or if you really want nvidia though, go for a 250 or 260.
