yea i guess, so any opinions on the art style? should we get someone to take pictures of things so we can make realistic textures or should we draw them and have a sorta more cartoony look?

how about a hunting rifle?

under 2000 polys and i guess make it look close to real life and if we need to we can edit it to fit the style


i just had an idea, how about lumber jacks VS coal miners, the goal is to see who can gather the most resource faster, maybe you get resource by killing the enemy or something.

edit- maybe the coal is in the lumberjack base and the lumber is in the coal base and the goal is to get into the enemy base and get the resource and get back to your base

how about the lumber jacks are in a city and they are npcs and its like borderlands/fallout 3 type thing

there is a cart
the cart is in the middle of the map
there are two boxes on either side of the map for each team
one is full of resources the other is empty
the objective is to fill the empty one up with your resources
you can carry one unit of the resource at a time but the cart can hold ten units
so, if you have the cart you can really speed up your progress
so people will fight for the cart to speed up production

Also about the weapons should we have things like
lumber jacks get axes saws and other tools that they would use and coal miners get mining axes throwable tnt and stuff?

^ This but not sure for tnt's what lumberjacks throw?they should throw axes,mini ones and tnt's shouldn't be in a huge radious
