I'd say to use the older version of blender not the alpha one,well i am used to the keys of the older one but the GUI's of Alpha one look a bit fancy

currently using the newest one and its loving amazing

Just a suggestion for another character model: a construction worker with a hammer for a melee weapon and a nail gun for a ranged weapon.

I thought we should try a different art approach
maybe something simpler

Bump. sorry ive been inactive on this topic im trying,

Im thinking we should have-

Blunt weapons-    Club, large stone,        more damage + chance of knock out "after knock out should be able to get tied up and used for capture the leader"

Sharp weapons-  Axe, Pickaxe, Bear knife,   faster + chance of bleed effect "lose health over time"

Short ranged weapons- revolver, slingshot,

Long ranged weapons-  Sniper rifle,

Fire weapons-   Slingshot+burning coal,Burning log,   Sets players on fire

explosive weapons- throwable TnT, Landmine, Large blackpowder barrel

heavy weapons-  Shoulder catapult,    Strong weapons that slow you down/other restrictions

suggestions?

also what about when you die have a cartoony grave show up or something? maybe if you burn to death have the character fall into an ash pile "like in the cartoons"

Plus if we get the game good enough i think we could sell it "all helpers will get paid evenly(betatesters dont get payment)"
