Steampunk, Cyberpunk, and Post Apocalyptic styles to be exact, I was thinking of doing a post apocalyptic sort of style, What do I need to do this?

Well to a certain extent, I wouldn't go overboard, just little things, goggles, ripped old clothes, carry a gas mask etc

I have this one friend who wears a fox tail pretty much all the time. He isn't some furry stuff, he just...

hell if I know. But the point is no one really rejects him for it. The worst he gets for that tail is from everyone who has never seen him before who have to be fascinated by it for a few seconds. Everyone else appreciates it.
