Otis was one of the first people to join this forum, he knows what he is doing.

Exercise is useless for me, I honestly couldn't care less if someone was fit or not. Nothing really seems to come good out of Exercise (For average people) other then love appeal, which is for people who need to be accepted by others.


I used to lift three times a week and do four miles of biking every day to and from school. Then I got sick and didn't get back into the habit. I think I also ran a bit in that time frame. I should start doing that again, I was in great shape.

Also, 4mph is a fast walk or slow jog. Definitely not running speed.

@OP... it sounds like you're just trying to make yourself feel better than us.

2 days ago I did pyramids of pushups and pullups, pyramids is when you do like 1 pullup rest 30 seconds 2 pullups rest 30 seconds 3 pullups rest 30 seconds etc. I did 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1 of a wide grip pullup then I did 1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1 of a narrow grip pullup. Then I did 2-4-8-16-8-4-2 of a wide pushup then I did 2-4-8-16-8-4-2 of a narrow pushup. Then I did crunches 10-20-30-40-30-20-10 nice and slow holding 1 second each. Then I did dead lift to cleaves of 100 lbs as much as I could(Caz 100 is all I have ):) Then I did squats of 100 as much as I could 2 sets. Then I did a bike ride for like 1 hour. I am still so sore I can barely move still, I plan to do that monday and friday and tuesday - thursday do lots of light lifting and crunches and cardio and on the weekends I will do nothing.

I'm in no shape to exercise.

love burns 360 calories per hour assuming you can do it that long.
