Personally I like the old one better, it kind of became a Google Chrome in the Beta.

Well, Firefox 3 was crashing a lot earlier, I thought of changing browser countless times because of these crashes, but now it seems to be quite stable. I'm not getting 4 before version 4.5.0 or something.
