Valen, that error has NOTHING to do with the issue that the other people are reporting.  RRoD isn't freezing, learn to read.

A game doesn't cause a 360 to fail, it's because of Microsoft's terrible engineering.

Do the Penny Trick (or X-Clamp fix), I did it to my XBox 360, works great now.

I bought it like a few days after it came out, beat it, 50+ hours gametime so far and no problems

then again I play horizontal not vertical, that might affect it

Apparently it does, my guess is that the game was too demanding of the xbox and it broke. I know it has to be the game though since this is happening on the Xbox 360 as well as the Play Station 3

well from what i heard, any game can cause a 360 to fail.
just because the die rolled on this one dont mean its this specific game that is out breaking xboxes.

While playing Final Fantasy 13 both Xbox 360 and Play Station 3 owners are experiencing problems with their systems.


I called Microsoft again and got an extended warranty that would have expired in a month :P so I guess I get a refurbished xbox 360.

There were around 80 comments left many of them having to do with their xbox 360 freezing while playing Final Fantasy 13 and repeatedly freezing. And others are having the exact same problem I have where they are freezing and then getting a red ring of death the next time they turn on their consoles.

I don't know what your getting at those comments have about the same credibility as ardamis'.
