Nuke and I worked up a collection of daft punk loops, and I called it daft block. He made the core collection, and I added the more famous loops. It has 18 loops and we will take requests on certain daft loops.

You're obviously doing something wrong. This pack DOES IN FACT work.
Make sure you're putting them in Add-Ons/Music, and enabling them in Blockland.

Also, make sure you EXTRACT THE .ZIP FILE.
