I think you read it wrong.

I meant anyone who post has their IP logged so if they did something illegal on the forum like posted child research or vandalized the website the owner could do something about it.

I still don't know who the @hotmail address actually belongs to, but before posting my findings here I did try logging into Poiuyt's e-mail with the password "zxcvbnm" ..

no luck.
