Not in the US. In other countries you have the option of paying a monthly fee for multiplayer with no campaign instead of the full $60 one time fee.

Missing a whole lot of textures. The ground in the "Gate to Hell" mission is covered in a groovy green and black triangle pattern.

Not to mention the trees made of orange metal plates.

Only people that has no life completed it because the missions take like up to an hour in normal mode. :/
