Torque Pro Show Tool does all of this, allows you to load the player model then mount weapons to joints but it does only that. Or even better make a 2nd Copy of Blockland like I did and just have no add-ons on it but what you're testing/working on.

I, for one, would really like something like this. Double-click a shortcut on the desktop, and it's start loading the level. Addons would be chosen through the regular blockland. Map could be set in a text file or something that the program would read when you double click it.

This would be really helpful when you have to change only one or two variables to perfect a script or something.

If you want this because your computer is slow, get a new computer.
If you want this just because, get Hub Addon. I think Hub Addon is the closest thing.

just make a second (clean) install of BL, you'd be surprised how much faster it loads
