Noob is a word, but its denotative meaning has been tossed out for a crappy connotative one.
Used to mean "New person", but now its a generic insult.

I would think everyone would know by now how stupid it is, but still they use it.

Now, its a form of irony, for me. So, in my dictionary it means "I'm ironic".

Truthfully I dont have any prejudice or expectations for noobs.  Some may be badmins, but most are actually quite polite if you address them in the right way...  A 23k named "Paradox71".  If tey paint you and follow you around with stuff (usually hammers) then I may kick or ban.  (If I'm not admin, I just speak out against it)

I dont really judge them by their ID but rather by how much they learned and by how much experience they gained.

When 20k's were new some 18-19k's were extremely good builders:  e.g.  Jackie, Flute...  and still more...
