I found it, but how do I use it?

I think you just right-click it and "Install Font" in Vista and 7, but if you have XP:

Copy paste it to C:\Windows\Fonts. It installs and will be used by all text programs.

Whoops made a typo, meant to put 10% of instead of 105 on.

Positive attributes are light blue.
Negative attributes are light red.
Etc. attribute information is white.
